Very deserving! He is much a loner; still struggling to meet the numerous pressing demands of his country….

As a Sierra Leone citizen, I appreciate this award to my president, Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma for the worth of the recognition. While I am going to share this award publication with my fellow citizens and friends on Facebook, I am lost for words to describe any substantive justification the award committee may have articulated in granting this honor to my president. I will let the readers draw their own conclusions. Congratulations Mr. President!!
